All claims and returned goods must be accompanied by bill of sale

All electronic and mechanical items have a three-day guarantee for a full cash refund; Cameras have a five-day guarantee

Items returned for reasons other than mechanical failure will be charged a 10 percent restocking fee.

No refunds on jewelry, movies or CDs.

Layaways held a maximum of 30 days. If balance not paid in 30 days, deposit is forfeited. Cancelled layaways will be subject to a 10 percent of the purchase price restocking fee.
